Is it okay to eat late at night?


In terms of your overall body composition, your calories consumed overall in a day are what you need to focus on. 

If you want to lose weight, as long as you are eating less than what you are burning you will lose weight. 

It doesn’t matter what time of the day you consume those calories. 

If you want to eat all of your calories at night, go for it. 

If you want to eat all your calories during the day, go for it. 
The only thing eating late at night will do is affect your body weight in the morning. 

Overall it does not matter.

If you consistently consume your calories at night, your weight will be consistent the following mornings.
