Will diet beverages make you fat?

This is an idea that came to rise when some of these sweeteners were brought to the market.

However, this is something that the media blew out of proportion.

They tied brain tumors, cancers, and other diseases to this.

However, this was proven to not be true.

An important thing to note is the Acceptable Daily Intake or ADI when it comes to these sweeteners.

This number is the amount that you could have each day before you would have any negative health effects.

Current research has shown that it would take 18, 12 oz cans of diet soda to have any negative health effects from Aspartame.

It would take 10, 12 oz cans of diet soda to have any negative health effects from the sweetener Saccharin.

It would take 8, 12 oz cans to have any negative effects from Stevia.

Another idea that was blown out of proportion is that diet sodas make you fat.

However, this data was taken from people who were already out of shape, and had a poor diet to begin with.

This has been proven to not be true.

The main focus when trying to stay in shape is how many calories you are burning everyday and how many calories you are taking in.

As long as you are drinking diet beverages in moderation, you will be in good shape.
