Will I gain unwanted weight if I season my foods?

Consistency is key when it comes to getting in great shape. 

Consistency both with your nutrition and with your training.

When it comes to putting seasonings on food/ sodium intake it is just as important to stay consistent. 

As long as you are consistent with your sodium and your water intake you should not see any weight fluctuation. 

Often times when you feel yourself bloat it is because you spike up your sodium to more than you are used to or spike up your water intake to more than you are used to.

For years I thought that the only way to get in great shape was to eat plain chicken and plain broccoli every day. 

Thankfully I’ve found out that you can still enjoy good-tasting food while getting in great shape.
